We are still waiting for the season to start and WDUA have another two Level 1’s joining our officials family. Congratulations tonight go to Elidh Cook and Rebecca Burgess of GHK who showed they know how to umpire as well as play under the watchful gaze of John Heron on a wet evening at Anniesland. What most won’t realise is both girls only did their theory a fortnight ago so a big thank you to GHK for preparing them so well, and again thanks to John and his assessing colleagues for giving up their valuable personal time, and turning out in all kinds of weather to help WDUA increase our family of officials.
