Apologies for the lateness but two of our West officials have been abroad for the past few days representing west District and Scottish Hockey.
Barbara Morgan has been the TD in Porvoo, Finland for the European Indoor Club II event for both men and women. The ladies event featured Sagene IF of Norway, BKGDSE Fasor of Hungary and Parvoo of Finland with the men’s event featuring FHC Slavia 1921 from Bulgaria, Bluehawks of Georgia, Hockey Team 85 of Finland, Oslo SK from Norway and Baltic Champs from Lithuania.
John Heron is of to slightly warmer climes, visiting Muscat in Oman as the umpires manager in the FIH Nations Cup II which will feature the national sides from Austria, USA coached by ex Clydesdale Hockey Club player Alan Law, Scotland, Oman, Egypt, China, Chile and Poland.
