Although our domestic leagues close down for Easter we find hockey continuing on the European stage with several West District umpires being involved in a variety of levels.
Jamie Telfer heds to Lousada in Portugal to officiate at the Eurohockey Trophy 1 Men, between 29th March and 1st April. The event will feature HC Olten, SK Slavia Prague, Cardiff and Met, SV Arminen, Grange, Lisnagarvey, OKS-SHVSM Vinnista, and AD Lousada.
Tim Hart and Matthew Deighan also feature this weekend at Glasgow Green in an U16 boys event featuring France, England and the Netherlands.
