The games keep on coming as we hit the business end of the season. Let’s look at what’s in store.

All ten teams are in action in division one, with an exciting game expected in Helensburgh. Helensburgh take on Giffnock on home turf and will be looking to gain some valuable points after some good performances recently. Another team desperate for points are bottom side Dumfries. Despite being at home, they have tricky tie against Hillhead 3rd XI to negotiate. Hillhead are unbeaten in four and go into the game in good scoring fashion after scoring seven in a midweek cup clash. Elsewhere, league leader’s Western 3rd XI go to Hillhead 4th XI, Rottenrow host GHK and Clydesdale 3rd XI take on Uddingston 3rd XI.

In division two, fifth host sixth, as Glasgow University 3rd XI welcome Hillhead 5th XI to Garscube. Both sides have had mixed fortunes so far this season, but they are both equally strong defensively, having only conceded fifteen goals each. Uddingston 4th XI boast the strongest defence, however, with only twelves goals conceded. It’ll be a tough ask for Helensburgh 2nd XI to break the back line – Helensburgh themselves only having scored eleven goals to date. They will be buoyed after last week’s victory and hope to push on from their however. Elsewhere, Clydesdale 4th XI host Kelburne 3rd XI and Rottenrow 2nd XI travel to Western 4th XI.

Top of the table Hillhead 6th XI will be hoping last week’s loss was just a blip, as they host Anchor in Glasgow this weekend in division three. The young side boasted an unbeaten record until last week but will be keen to show their bounce back ability against an experienced Anchor side. Greenock 2nd XI will host Ayr 2nd XI in Kilmacolm. Ayr are still looking for their first victory but may find it hard against Greenock. Elsewhere, Kelburne 4th XI welcome Strathclyde University 2nd XI to the National Hockey Centre.

Division four sees Giffnock 2nd XI travel to Titwood to take on Clydesdale 5th XI. The Giffnock side sit top of the league and are unbeaten in six. They take on a Clydesdale side who themselves are in good form winning the last four of five games. Helensburgh 3rd XI travel to Hillhead 7th XI and the other games has Western 5th XI hosting Dumfries 2nd XI.
